Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party company that operates that tool. Newaygo County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy governs its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
When someone sends an email or contact submission, we retain the message and reply details as needed to answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Like most websites, the site may receive routine technical and usage details when a page loads. Those details can include:
- The visitor's Internet Protocol address

- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them

Advertising companies may use their own technology to measure activity across multiple websites and tailor advertisements. That processing takes place on their systems, not on systems controlled by Newaygo County Released Inmates.
