Nature of the Website

This is a private reference resource. It keeps no official Newaygo County custody or court record and cannot confirm a person's status, order a release, or submit a government filing.

The pages identify Newaygo County and Michigan release-record resources and may connect visitors with third-party research tools. An official answer remains the responsibility of the office or database that created the record.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Use the site only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision.
• Do not seek access to accounts, systems, or data without authorization.

No Consumer Reports

Newaygo County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide a background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service. Advertising and search partners do not offer those services through this site. Users agree not to apply site information to:

• A decision to hire, dismiss, or retain a worker
• A tenant, lease, or housing decision
• Creditworthiness, lending, or an insurance premium
• A license, permit, benefit, or government-program eligibility decision
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Links to Other Services

Links may lead to Sheriff, MDOC, court, legal-aid, federal, release-record, and outside search resources. Their appearance does not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for an outside provider's content, availability, data handling, or terms. Visitors should review those terms before proceeding.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of any detail
• Continuous or uninterrupted access
• The absence of errors, defects, or security weaknesses
• The scope or quality of a partner's search results

Custody entries and public records change often. Nothing on this site is an official statement from the Newaygo County Sheriff, MDOC, a court, or another government agency.

To the broadest extent permitted by law, Newaygo County Released Inmates and its operators will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the site.

Indemnification

A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's activity, misuse of information, or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Material

Unless otherwise identified, the text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Newaygo County Released Inmates or its content partners. They may not be copied, altered, republished, or distributed without prior written permission.

Michigan Governing Law

Michigan law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Michigan.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
